End-User Communications
Our communication management process ensures that both planned and unplanned communications are easy to understand, have standard formats for easy recognition, and are distributed from trusted sources (globally email accounts/known distribution lists or identified individuals). We pride ourselves in our FMS COMM e-mails that keep the end users posted on system maintenance activities, end of year processing activities, and other important information regarding financial services.
