Summary

The National Finance Center (NFC) would like to inform customers that the item FEHB Bills is no longer contained under the FEHB related category, which is located in the Benefits Processing - FEHB/TSP/Intl'l Org service catalog in ServiceNow. Authorized Agency representatives should utilize the self service portal for Debt Management to submit inquires related to FEHB bills.

Utilize the Debt Management - ABCO, Collections and Claims self-service portal to submit FEHB bill inquires.

Implementation

The ServiceNow portal, under ABCO, includes FEHB bill templates.

To submit an FEHB bill inquiry:

  1. Connect to ServiceNow.
  2. Log in to the ServiceNow Customer Service Portal.
  3. Select Requests Items/Services, under the How can we help you? Incidents and Requests. The Service Catalog List is displayed.
  4. Select Debt Management – ABCO, Collections, and Claims. The Debt Management – ABCO, Collections, and Claims page is displayed.
  5. Select ABCO. The ABCO Submit an ABCO Request page is displayed.
  6. Select the applicable FEHB bills option. Valid values are:
    • Cancellation - (FE) FEHB
    • Cancellation - FEHB-Partial
    • Explanation of FEHB Bill
    • Waiver Approved - (FE) FEHB
    • Waiver Approved - Partial FEHB (FE)

Authorized Agency representatives can find the new service request catalogs on the ServiceNow Web site at https://nfcerp.servicenowservices.com/sp_ess for non-Federated users and https://nfcerp.service-now.com for Federated users.
