HRPAY 19-02, New Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Cybersecurity Code

Summary
This bulletin supersedes HRPAY 17-12, New Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Cybersecurity Codes, dated December 6, 2017.
Additional information has been added in the PMSO section. All other information remains the same.
The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has revised the Government-wide Cybersecurity Data Standard Codes in accordance with the Cybersecurity Workforce Assessment Act of 2015. As a result, the National Finance Center (NFC) will modify its systems/applications to accept these new codes.

Implementation
EmpowHR
New fields Cybersecurity Code 1, Cybersecurity Code 2, and Cybersecurity Code 3 will be added to the Position Information page.
FESI
A new 9-position field will be added to the end of the Individual Position layout (Record 2056). This new field, Revised Cyber Security Code, will be stored in the database field, NFC-ASD-PMSO-IND-USE, in the PMSO Individual Database record.
PMSO
A new field, Revised Cyber Security, will be added to the Individual Position screen. The current field, Cyber Security, will remain on the Individual Position screen for historical purposes. All entries in the Revised Cyber Security field will be edited against Table Management System (TMGT) Table 025, AD-350 (Personnel Block and Description), Block 500.
NFC will perform a one-time process to update the Revised Cyber Security field on all active Individual Positions with s (zeros). After that, Agencies will be responsible for updating all active Individual Positions with the correct information in the Revised Cyber Security field.
