Implementations
The first implementation will be our new bulletin format as exhibited in this communication. The new bulletin format includes easy-to-scan headings so that you can easily target the information you need, such as what systems are affected and where to access additional resources. We want to ensure that you can quickly pinpoint whether the content of the communication will affect you. Tax bulletins will also be streamlined to provide you with the changes within the first lines of the bulletin under summary. You will now also be able to access the tax formula directly from within the bulletin rather than having to consult an attached document.
The second implementation will be Customer Notifications. You will be receiving much more streamlined customer notifications from NFC all with the same look and feel. Each customer notification will contain a header from the following categories of communication so you can easily identify content type:
- Customer Notification (Standard Communications)
- Financial Services Notifications
- Insurance Notifications
- Security Notifications
- Operations Notifications
- High Alert Notifications
The new customer notifications will also be sent for the first time as HTML-based communications which makes it easier to view in a mobile device. Customer Notifications will no longer require you to click within a message to view the content, the content will be delivered to you directly.
