REPT 21-06, EmpowHR's Area of Responsibility Designations for Positions Now Available in Insight

Summary

Insight has been modified to include the EmpowHR position location data and staffing numbers. Current Insight users who are provisioned for EmpowHR will automatically have access to these EmpowHR reports and subject areas.

The GVT_POSN_LOC (Position Location) field to the Workforce Profile, EmpowHR profile folder. A new EmpowHR positions folder in the PMSO subject area will contain the following fields: EMPOW_POSITION_NBR, GVT_POSN_LOC, Z_STAFF_NBR.

Implementation

Insight has been updated to export the staffing number to Insight and modify the POL (Position Organizational Listing) in Insight to include the EmpowHR staffing number associated with each position.

Insight has been updated to add the GVT_POSN_LOC (Position Location) field to the Workforce Profile subject area, EmpowHR profile folder. Insight has created a new EmpowHR positions folder in the PMSO subject area. The folder shall contain the following fields:

EMPOW_POSITION_NBR
GVT_POSN_LOC
Z_STAFF_NBR

To access this information, select HR and Payroll Clients from the My NFC drop-down menu on the NFC homepage. At the HR and Payroll Clients page, select the Client Services tab and select the Insight: Reporting and Analytics under HR/Payroll Initiatives.
