Resources

Employees who are not current EPP users (or who need a new user identification (ID) or password) can locate sign-up instructions under My EPP. Log on to the Internet and go to the NFC Web site (www.nfc.usda.gov). Select the HR and Payroll Clients page from the MyNFC drop-down menu and click the My EPP icon on the HR/Payroll Application Launchpad.

The procedure manual for this application, which is available online at the National Finance Center (NFC) Web site, is being updated to include the information in this bulletin. To view and/or print this procedure, go to the HR/Payroll Client page and click the Publications tab in the center ribbon and from there select the applicable publication category to access the procedure manuals within that category.

A Quick Reference Card (QRC), which is available online as a reference tool at the NFC Web site, can assist with accessing EPP, user identification availability, and password assistance.
