System modifications will be made to the Special Payroll Processing System (SPPS) Web to add Contact Person fields on the Add Adjustment page.
Add new fields on the Add Adjustment page.
SPPS Web will be modified to add Contact Person Fields (Last Name, First Name, Phone Number, and Email Address) on the Add Adjustment page. These fields will be required when authorized Agency users process requests in SPPS Web for manual payments and adjustments.
SPPS Web will automatically notify the user with a system-generated email upon completion of the transaction once it has been processed.

The procedure manual for this application, which is available online at the NFC Web site, is being updated to include the information in this bulletin. To view and/or print this procedure, select HR and Payroll Clients from the MyNFC drop-down menu on the NFC homepage. At the HR and Payroll Clients page, click the Publications tab in the center ribbon and from there select the applicable category to access the procedure manual within the category.
