Summary

The Employee Personal Page (EPP) has added a prompt that requires users to verify their address on file and directs them to submit a Self-Service request if their current address is not on file or requires changes. Users will be prompted after each login.

Implementation

An address verification prompt has been added to EPP. Employees are asked to review the address information on file which is displayed in the prompt and confirm that it is accurate by selecting the Yes or No button. Selecting the No button will automatically take the user to the Residence Address Self-Service option in EPP to make any address changes.

To Modify the Residence Address:

  1. Select the No button on the address verification prompt. The Enter Residence Address Self-Service Request page is displayed.
  2. Complete the applicable fields.
  3. Select Continue. The Submit Residence Address Self-Service Request page is displayed.

    OR

    Select Exit Self-Service to cancel the action and return to the Residence Address page.

  4. Select Submit to submit the address change.
  5. Select Exit Self-Service.

Note: The National Finance Center (NFC) encourages users to keep their address current. The residence address is used for mailing the Form W-2, Wage and Tax Statement, the Personal Benefits Statement, etc.
