This lesson covers the Leave Transfer Program menu which contains the Leave Donations option. This option allows employees to donate leave to an approved leave recipient in the Voluntary Leave Transfer Program (VLTP) and/or donate leave to the Voluntary Leave Bank Program (VLBP), whichever is applicable to the Agency.
