Memorial Day Holiday
In observance of Memorial Day, the National Finance Center’s (NFC) offices, including the NFC Contact Center (NCC), will be closed on Monday, May 29, 2023. All NFC applications will remain available during the holiday, and payroll/personnel processing will continue as normally scheduled.
Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) Process
In accordance with the Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) Requirements Mandated by United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), all file transmissions currently conducted via File Transfer Protocol (FTP), and any new file transmissions, must utilize the SFTP method.
