- Production Verification (EMPOWHR ONLY) - 2026 Annual Pay Raise Project 79580

- This notice is to inform all EmpowHR customers that the National Finance Center (NFC) has completed the production Personnel Input and Edit System (PINE) Pass 01 for Pay Period (PP) 01, 2026, and the EmpowHR imports. EmpowHR documents with PP 01, 2026, effective dates will be processed on Wednesday evening with the second pass of PINE.

- The National Finance Center (NFC) will be processing the 2026 Federal pay raise in accordance with the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) guidelines as described below.

- UPDATE: Executive Order Status - 2026 Annual Pay Raise (#79580)

- As previously reported to you, the President issued an Executive Order dated December 18, 2025, finalizing the 2026 Federal pay raise. Therefore, the National Finance Center has begun pay raise processing activities for the 2026 Annual Pay Raise Project as scheduled. The Executive Order Number is 14368.

- The President has issued an Executive Order dated December 18, 2025, finalizing the 2026 Federal pay raise. Therefore, the National Finance Center will proceed with the 2026 Annual Pay Raise Project as scheduled. However, the Executive Order number is not available yet. As soon as it is published, we will provide that information.

- The 2026 Annual Pay Raise is quickly approaching, and it is time to start our coordinated efforts. The National Finance Center (NFC) has not received official notification from the Office of Personnel Management regarding a 2026 pay increase for Federal employees, but we must be prepared to begin work on short notice.
- 2026 Annual Pay Raise Project (#79580)

- The annual pay raise window is approaching quickly, and it is time to start our coordinated efforts. The National Finance Center (NFC) has not received official notification from the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) regarding a wage increase for Federal employees in January 2026. However, we need to be prepared to begin our work on short notice. This process has been assigned NFC Project Number 79580 for tracking purposes.
